Raising your vibrational frequency




How many times do you come across advice on raising your vibrational frequency and does it fascinate you? If it does not, it is about time it does because you need to vibrate higher constantly without fail. This is not just a simple breathe in and out technique and then boom! The vibrational frequency is simply the state of being which entails excellent health and fitness when it is higher. You are going to enjoy life in its fullness the day your vibrational frequency supports you and until then, you are not living, you are just surviving.

Mind, body and spirit

You are not just your body and your health’s fitness depends on the nurturing of the three, the mind, body, and spirit. You are the energy you consume across the three levels and that has an impact on your vibrational frequency’s overall wellbeing.

Your body: is made up of cells which are building blocks and help in maintaining the balance of your immune system. Cells are sensitive to what you put in your body because you basically feed them whatever you consume. Think about anything you eat and whether it supports your cells and overall vibration.

Your body is natural so should the food that you feed it with. Eat high vibrational foods such as fruits, and herbs to feed your body at a cellular level and this supports your immune system greatly.

Your mind: is your greatest asset what you think affects the body and eventually your soul vice versa. The three are interconnected, therefore what happens on the other is inevitable on affecting the other. What you entertain daily from what you watch, listen to, read or give your attention, affects your mind’s fitness, and ultimately, your vibrational frequency.

Your spirit: is a vital part of your existence whether you recognize this or not. Remember you are a spiritual being living in a body. The spirit needs to be revived to stay at its optimal state. There are different belief systems on how to nurture the spirit and whatever works for you, practice it without fail just as you would feed your body daily.

Meditation and yoga are, without a doubt, non-religious practices and are amongst one of the best practices to revive your soul or spirit. Practice yoga and meditation to stay centered and balanced.
