Don’t Worry Be Happy Everyday – is an excellent EFT exercise that can guide you to feel full of life every day. This guide is an invitation to discuss and work with yourself. When was the last time you “stopped the engines” and took a break from your busy schedule and spent at least one day spending time with yourself?

The method proposed in this course is called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and is a combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Modern Psychology.

In which to evaluate yourself, to stay talk to yourself and find out what you really want from life, what upsets you, why your dreams don’t come true?

Remember that the basic component in any healing process is Love and Self-Acceptance. And this course is about love and acceptance, how to heal your wounds, how to release unwanted emotions, and how to bring happiness into your life.

This EFT exercise is great for regaining your self-confidence and removing any doubts you may have about your well-being. For this EFT exercise, you need to dedicate 10-15 minutes of your precious time to implement the EFT exercise, one exercise in the morning and one in the evening before bed – and that for at least 30 days.
