What an Interior Architect is ?

If I were to give a definition for the rather unconventional name of interior architect, this would refer to spatiality. At the harmony between inside and outside, at the volumetry of the decorations of a house, at the connections that are established between the various things that populate the space of a home. That is, I move from outside to inside the meaning of the work of an architect.

Interior Design Apartment

As an example, I chose Isabelle Juy – a few of his arrangements where the architect’s contribution to the interior designer’s effort is best seen. Obviously, the creations belong entirely to them, so they are the product of a vision that does not belong entirely to the architect or the interior designer, but is a mixture between these two types of approaches.

Below, for example, it is best to see that the place was configured by an architect. The way in which there has been significant intervention on the construction, with the modifications that recreate the space and offers a completely different functionality, but also a new aesthetic – this can only be the hand of the archite

IF YOU HAVE IT, YOU CAN MAKE ANYTHING LOOK GOOD

The beauty of a space is built through the contribution of every detail, no matter how small. From the color of the background, to the material from which the door handle is made, to the folds of the curtain, the table stand – every millimeter arranged counts and can change the look of a room. Or, to put it simply, the details make a difference!

By “construction detail” we do not mean only those elements that immediately sigh admiration: the staircase above, for example, or a smart window placed where you do not expect. Not. We also refer to those details that are often overlooked: the perfection of a straight line, the elegance of an architectural detail, a cornice, an ornament from another era, a geometry of forms.

We hope that the pictures, if not the words, show what an interior architect is and what he can do. We say he can do wonders with the spaces!

What type of aerobics classes to choose according to your goals

Aerobics classes can be the perfect choice when you don’t want to workout alone or if you want to try something special. There are a myriad of types of group workout classes that are suitable for anyone, whether you are a fitness veteran or have never passed a club. However, before choosing such a class, you must ask yourself what you want to achieve behind them. Only then, depending on these goals, can you choose your aerobics class or classes that suit you.

If you want to tone certain groups of muscles as quickly as possible

Do you want to have a flatter abdomen, get rid of the fat on your hips or carve your shoulders? Try those classes that are exclusively for the body parts you want to work on. Generally, the names of the classes will betray the parts of the body they focus on. If you also do cardio workout, then try those group fitness classes that also use weights.

If you want to be slim

If you want to develop your body in a harmonious way, then you should choose classes that focus on exercises for the abdomen and lumbar area, as well as exercises for strengthening the muscles. In fact, if you want a slimmer body, you will need to train like a professional dancer. Classes based on ballet movements are the most effective in this case. Also, pilates classes are a good choice as they focus on the natural alignment of the spine.

If you want to work all your muscle groups, but you don’t like running

If you hate the treadmill (elliptical or swimming bikes), but want to do cardio then consider a fun and fast activity with a trainable soundtrack and an energetic instructor. Dance classes, such as zumba, can help you burn up to 400 calories in an hour and will keep you interested from start to finish. Some classes also use weights for higher intensity. Kickboxing or cycling classes are also great for keeping your heart healthy.

If you want something to help you relax

If you are very stressed and need some activity to relax, then exercise can greatly help you. If you like something more peaceful, look for a yoga class that focuses on relaxing, breathing and meditation positions. Avoid more complicated courses if you do not want to put much effort. If you don’t have the patience to meditate, it means that you need more intense activity like kickboxing or CrossFit to help you get rid of the negative energies.

How Nancy Reagan Gave Glamour and Class to the White House

We woke reasonably late following the feast and free flowing wine the night before. After gathering ourselves and our packs, we headed down to our homestay family’s small dining room for breakfast.

Refreshingly, what was expected of her was the same thing that was expected of Lara Stone: to take a beautiful picture.

We were making our way to the Rila Mountains, where we were visiting the Rila Monastery where we enjoyed scrambled eggs, toast, mekitsi, local jam and peppermint tea.

We wandered the site with busloads of other tourists, yet strangely the place did not seem crowded. I’m not sure if it was the sheer size of the place, or whether the masses congregated in one area and didn’t venture far from the main church, but I didn’t feel overwhelmed by tourists in the monastery.

Headed over Lions Bridge and made our way to the Sofia Synagogue, then sheltered in the Central Market Hall until the recurrent (but short-lived) mid-afternoon rain passed.

Feeling refreshed after an espresso, we walked a short distance to the small but welcoming Banya Bashi Mosque, then descended into the ancient Serdica complex.

We were exhausted after a long day of travel, so we headed back to the hotel and crashed.

I had low expectations about Sofia as a city, but after the walking tour I absolutely loved the place. This was an easy city to navigate, and it was a beautiful city – despite its ugly, staunch and stolid communist-built surrounds. Sofia has a very average facade as you enter the city, but once you lose yourself in the old town area, everything changes.

IF YOU HAVE IT, YOU CAN MAKE ANYTHING LOOK GOOD

Clothes can transform your mood and confidence. Fashion moves so quickly that, unless you have a strong point of view, you can lose integrity. I like to be real. I don’t like things to be staged or fussy. I think I’d go mad if I didn’t have a place to escape to. You have to stay true to your heritage, that’s what your brand is about.
